THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

All massage start with hot towels and relaxing foot massage (reflexology). This will allow your body to slip into a deep relaxed state in preparation for your body work.

DEEP TISSUE

You determine the pressure. I find that your body will tell me how deep to go in order to be  productive.

ACUPRESSURE

This is an ancient healing art that's based on the traditional Chinese medicine practice of acupuncture.

ASSISTED STRETCHING

Regular assisted stretching increases flexibility and you'll notice there is less stress on your muscles during physical activity. Along with flexibility, your mobility will improve – leading to better performance and structural stability.

CUPPING

Cupping has been around for thousands of years and traces its roots to ancient Chinese and Egyptian medicine. The suction created by suction cups encourages blood flow, releases toxins. The increased circulation engages he parasympathetic nervous system slowing the heart rate. It reduces anxiety. It can reduce the appearance of scar tissue and varicose veins. It can also aid in digestive issues.

REIKI

More and more medical institutions are endorsing the use of Reiki as a legitimate and beneficial practice in healthcare. Reiki brings about deep relaxation and dissolves emotional and energy blockages in the body. It stimulates the immune system and soft tissue recovery. It supports well being after major medical treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation. 

Reiki can be used in conjunction with massage and can also be performed over distance.

There are many ways to interpret the tarot deck. Interactive tarot is basically you will gain a more thorough understanding of the cards that come up in your reading. It is more of a study of your cards and an exploration of how they pertain to your situation. It's informative and enlightening!
