I began my career over 25 years ago as a personal trainer specializing in competitive bodybuilding and sport specific training.

I developed a method which would allow me  to perform  deep tissue  massage without pain. 

With proper technique and synchronicity the body is allowed to release freely.

Realizing that the energetic component of our body holds the key to our own healing from stress and trauma I began my journey with energetics and became a Reiki Master. 

 

My Deep Relaxation massage will send you into a deep meditative state. Clients report drifting into a near dream state even during deep tissue.
